IM Denshi Tottori Sakyu Kodomo-no-Kuni

チュウブ 鳥取砂丘こどもの国

Tottori Sakyu Kodomo-no-Kuni was planned in 1968 as a commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the Meiji period. It was established in 1973 with the aim of providing children with a playground full of greenery, sunshine, and clean air, where they can build strong bodies and cultivate rich sensibilities through creative play.

Reopened after renovations in March 2000, the expansive 19-hectare park is surrounded by nature with a close-up view of the magnificent Tottori Sand Dunes. It features large athletic playground equipment, a water play area, rides such as battery cars, and workshops (Woodworking Workshop, Sand Workshop) where children can enjoy various crafts.

Children can foster their imagination, learn, and build strong bodies while playing to their heart’s content.
